SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

  • We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. 
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • The shipping estimate is 1-5 business days. On the checkout page you get an estimate on shipping time. The shipping time depends on your location. 
  • Your order will be delivered on business days between 09.00 and 17.00 hours. 
  • Our products are DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that when your order ships internationally you might have to pay import duties or taxes at the door or online before delivery. Late or no payment of the fees will result in return shipments. A return and restocking fee will be applicable. 

Rackmount.IT is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or missing phone numbers provided in the original order. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of the package due to failure to respond to a pickup notice issued by the shipping carrier or when the business was closed when the final delivery attempt was made. 

Returns due to incorrect purchases, missing or invalid shipping addresses, late or no payment of the import duties are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve added all of your desired products in your cart, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal. 

Where does my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from our local warehouse in Austin, Texas.

Can I track my order?
After your order is processed by our team you will receive a confirmation with tracking number to track your order.

Can I choose my own carrier or pick up my order?
All our orders are shipped carbon neutral with UPS. It is not possible to choose your own carrier or pick up your order at our warehouse. We reply on our partner to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at claims@rackmount.it within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging and items. We will reach out as soon as possible to provide a suitable solution.
