Is this a trusted source to buy Rackmount kits?

Yes. This is the official American webshop of Rackmount.IT. The products come directly from Rackmount.IT.

What is my estimated shipping time?

When ordered before 12:00 PM CST, we strive to ship the rack mount kits the same day. Delivery time is based on location. The shipment is sent using UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air and will take approximately 2-5 working days depending on distance. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery time for your location.

Please note that customs checks might delay the shipment. Also, all goods are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Depending on country, you might have to pay import taxes at the door.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. Rackmount.IT ships worldwide. Please check with your own customs whether the product will be allowed to be imported. Also, all goods are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Depending on country, you might have to pay import taxes at the door.

To calculate your shipping costs, you can go to your cart and use the calculator at the bottom of the page. It will also calculate your Tax costs. Note that when you login with a valid EU VAT number, the tax information from the calculator might be incorrect. On your checkout, the tax costs will be correct.

Do you also have an EMEA establishment?

Yes we do. Our other establishment is located in The Netherlands. When shipping closer to this location, it might be cheaper for you to buy at our EMEA Webshop.
